Refund processed

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Credits are removed upon refund.

5 Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If you are eligible, you will receive the full purchase amount. Credits remaining in your account will be removed upon refund processing.

If you have used some credits but are still within the 10% usage threshold and 14-day window, you are still entitled to a full refund.

6 Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for both parties.

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.

7 Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances — such as technical failures on our end that resulted in lost credits or failed validations — we may issue credit top-ups or refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion. Contact support and we'll review your case.
